Hello! I'm Sandra Davis. Thanks for visiting our site! I am the Co-Founder of PeopleSmart Enterprises. Together with my business partner Carol Dysart we have created the PeopleSmart DISC Interpretation Method and the DISCovering Me Program.
For 15 years I have been facilitating leadership development and business cultures that thrive. I use DISC tools and resources for complimenting my work and expertise in the debriefing of the DISC assessment and to facilitate the DISCovering Me workshops for adults and youth. I am an expert facilitator, coach, instructional design and curriculum developer, DISC Master and consultant. DISCovering Me for Schools, Organizations and Home Schooling Parents
The DISCovering Me program is a series of workshops designed to teach ages 10 years and over. Included in the program are workshops, workbooks, an online DISCovering Me Assessment (13yrs to adults), and teaching materials and resources. The workshops have been designed to easily integrate into a curriculum (inquiry/topic/theme of each term), the disciplinary system and culture of any school or organization. The DISCovering Me and You workbook and the DISCovering Me Assessment (13yrs and adults), are the foundation workshops.

Creating a Culture of Kindness & Peace What does it mean to create a culture of kindness and peace? What does culture mean? The DISCovering Me & You Creating a Culture of Kindness & Peace Digital PDF Workbook and teaching guide has been designed for changing a bullying culture, to one of kindness and peace. These DISCovering Me and You materials can be used either for delivering a workshop, or at home when teaching home schooled children. Children who complete the 29 page workbook will learn all about what observable behavior is and what makes up their DISC personality style. The also learn a new language to describe the way they do things. And they will find out what motivates them to do what they do sometimes. Children are given the opportunity to learn about and develop four human qualities or character virtues - courage, friendliness, patience, and integrity. Children will also learn about the ABC system for developing a more optimistic view of the world. Or put another way for seeing the glass half full of water all the time instead of half empty! The 44 page Teaching Guide includes background reading, how to facilitate the workshop, student assessment process, student reflection sheet and session plans. DISCovering Me Report: (Online Assessment 13yrs and over)
This special version of a DISC report, relates your personal DISC style to four birds - Eagle, Parrot, Dove and Owl, that makes it easier to recall what primary style you are. The DISCovering Me report is based on the four DISC Personality Styles and uses these four bird characters to introduce the DISC model that is the universal language of behavior. Research has shown that traits can be grouped together in four major groups. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. Throughout the report you will find activity pages that have been designed to show you what is important to remember about your personality and the style of others, and for showing just how great YOU are! I am a "MISS High I with a D". I am motivated by people and problems. I tend to talk a lot and always question problems. I like to have control and need LOTS of people to be around ME!! When I am STRESSED I will either dictate and get angry or talk a whole lot more than normal! ME, MYSELF and I describe ourselves as bubbly, funny, outgoing and hardworking when the times right. I am everyone's cheerleader (a good excuse to be very loud)... I'm a High S and I am a very social person. I like to go at a slow steady pace. I also fear sudden change in certain situations. I get really angry and nervous under stress. I like to take my time with things. When it comes to performances I am afraid people will criticize me about my performances that is why I'm shy... I am a High I. To get the best out of me you need to invite me to parties, talk to me, don't ignore me and I need to trust you. When I am stressed I talk more and I attack verbally. I love talking to everyone and I love having lots of friends! |
