This training is for people that would like to work one-on-one with Carol to learn how she debriefs a DISC report and consults and coaches with her clients. These one-on-one sessions will also introduce you to the fundamentals of DISC and how to debrief a DISC Report with your clients.
The training includes:
- Your personalized DISC report debrief session with Carol - Report included.
- Carol shadowing several of your Debrief sessions with your clients to give you feedback and coaching - up to 6 hours.
- Your participation in Carol’s own debriefs and presentations in order to gain experience and mastery as a PeopleSmart Certified Consultant - 2 sessions.
- Joining Carol as she consults, trains and coaches with CEO’s and Executive Leader in any sized business or with Managers/Team Leaders, in how to maximize their relationships and long term effectiveness with team members and their development.
- Reflection questions and assessment for proof of understanding.
- A Certificate of Achievement.
