The DISC Relationship Assessment with Report only takes 10-15 minutes to complete. The Collaboration Report highlights how 2 people interact and communicate based on their unique behavioral styles, helping them build stronger relationships. By understanding these dynamics, couples can improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and foster greater connection and harmony.
This package is for two people that are either just starting into a relationship and want to design their future together, OR it could support two who are having difficulty with their relationship and would like to take a deeper dive into understanding and applying the content of both their DISC Relationship Style reports and the Collaboration Report - whether in a personal or business relationship.
After purchasing this package, we recommend that as a couple you take as much time as you need to discuss the content in your Collaboration report. As in the report there maybe things you don't normally discuss, so this conversation may reveal a valuable point of clarity in any difference in how each of you perceived yourselves or the relationship! Who you are when you were with your partner may be a completely different person than you realize you are.

- 60 minute online coaching session with Carol Dysart a PeopleSmart Coach to see what's needed and what you need coaching on.

Your Collaboration Report Debrief Guide along with your Collaboration Report, will also be sent to this email address, once we have received your DISC Reports.
